when he got itachi's ms implanted in him he said he could feel itachi's power flowing through him

sasuke got double the yin chakra from his ms and itachi's ms like madara did with his and izuna's and said the power was flowing through him

madara still has that chakra
that special chakra is susano'o;susano'o makes amaterasu and tsukuyomi not the other war around
that's why madara said he's uchiha and senju because he still has that powerful special chakra
he has hashi's yang chakra and mokuton-the juubi's body he has his the yin chakra-susano'o he just doesnt have his eyes

in a way it's not one but when that chakra does sprout a side effect is the sharingan changing
it's something only a uchiha can do because that special chakra is inherited from the older son who got it from the juubi

Madara still has the special chakra that sprouts in a uchiha's brain that changes sharingan, and he has izuna's special chakra,he just doesn't have his eyes;susano'o is made up of that special chakra
that's why madara said he's uchiha and senju because he still has that powerful special chakra, that makes up the ems, inherited from the older son from the sage who got chakra from the fruit

Not necesarily. Itachi said he needed those to AWAKEN a new power not use the new power. After awakenning, whether he has the eyes or not, that power is still imbued in his chakra.

The same goes for Madara. He has awaken all the susano powers already. He doesnt need his wyes to bring them out. Also susano is not like eye techniques like genjutsu where you have to look insomeones eyes, the moment it is awaken, you just need chakra to build it up.

Sharingan consumes chakra. If Sharingan is not necessary eveytime they Susanoo, it would be a waste of chakra if they would use a Mangekyo Sharingan everytime they activate Susanoo.

I was going to type this same thing before but i decided not to half way through. Wouldn't waste my breath on them.

For an Uchiha to unlock Sasunoo he needs to push his eye tot he extent it effects his brain. Once you lose your eyes doesn't mean you lose your brain once it's mark was left. The Sage didn't need his eyes to use his power because his power was his body and simply went through his brain. The Eyes allowed him to perceive a new reality to learn how to use those teqs. This is why someone else who uses the Rinnegan can master all elements. it allows them to perceive what they couldn't before. Take that away and they no longer can hold onto it. But if they have a strong senju link the body is able to hold onto that knowledge. This is what made the Sage so great, he was the perfect combination due to his mother being the 1st to eat the fruit.

When the Sage Had children the power was separated. The Uchiha could perceive the world better and learn quicker but they were unable to truly obtain that limit without wasting their eyes. Once the knowledge was pulled into them it effected their brain and the eyes "burned out".

Other people can use the power of whomevers eyes because the dna is in the eyes still.

They can't use eyes extended powers like Sasanoo because they require a Brain link. Most eyes pushed that far become useless to the user and whatever DNA is pulled out of them into the brain. Swap eyes and now your capable of extending that power because the eyes no longer need to pull out dna from the said eyes. It already has the link in the brain. But they still need someone with the SAME eye level to use that power because they can't effect a new set of eyes because it's not their dna in them.Or because the Brain cannot pull anymore out of a new set of eyes because they reached a limit. This could be why Only Uchiha originators could unlock it and not someone like kakashi or a foreign Uchiha.

But the twist is it takes an Uchiha to unlock the Rinnigan. Only they can push it far enough. Just adding Unchiha dna to a senju wouldn't have the same effect. The Uchiha are the trigger while the Senju are the cartridge.
