2nd: People can release the genjutsu casted on them; and sharingan genjutsu can be countered with avoiding eye contact.
But i would prefer a Naruto who skilled how to evade a real deal genjutsu instead of shrugging out of it everytime effortlessly.

Kishi had explained ways to break genjutsu Jins breaking it is pretty much the same way as someone disrupting your chakra. MS gnjutsu is breakable without being a Jin or sharigan user.

Fight between Killer B and Sasuke we see that Killer B was unaffected because of his cooperation with his beast.
