I thought it was because Madara was still within close proximity of Sasuke and white zetsu c-blocking the entire SA

She's crying like that because like Joker said, she can feel him dying. She sense his heart beat going down every second. She can literally feel his life fading away. This must be a horrible experience especially since its someone she loves. Not only this Karin almost never cries especially in front of other people so this must be a traumatic experience for for her. Also there is no way she would be able to make it if she just ran that's why its good she was able to tell the rest of Team Taka and Oro say the should be fast after all. I don't think it's because its dangerous for her to heal twice in a day because I'm pretty sure she would give all her chakra to him if she needed to.

PS: She has healed Sasuke twice in a day

Not even Sakura can heal a stab wound to the heart. I doubt she can even heal Naruto, His entire body is failing him.

She was able to heal several stabs from Bee. So I'm pretty sure she can heal this.

I know she wasn't as depressed, it doesn't change the fact that she would be able to heal him. It actually enhances it.
