The reason why I believe edo madara disappearing is a good thing

If edo Madara(the one under control) disappears doesn't that allow Tobi to summon the real Madara because he wasn't sealed and that will allow him to come back as normal human being with the help of the Rinnegan. Doesn't that free him from being under control or am I missing something.

If Tobi was able to fully understand and do everything Kabuto told him about Edo Tensei, in theory he should be able to summon Madara. I don't know exactly how that works though, I don't think you can just summon other peoples edos.

Interesting theory, but Tobi was startled when he saw that Madara was going to be rezzed by Kabuto. So i doubt he would rez Madara himself. He could though, ya never know.

Actually this may not be true. When Madara was brought back with ET, his first words were ''That brat Nagato managed to grow'', so Madara thought that Nagato revived him with rinne tensei, which means that it's possible to revive someone who's been dead for a long time.

Wrong. He died +50 years ago and was sealed 5 mins ago.

By channelling his power through the King of Hell, the Rinnegan wielder can re-infuse new life force energy to the dead bodies of those who have died.

It says that it gives life to a corpse. And madaras corpse could be roten or hiden by kabuto and Tobi doesnt have time to search madaras corpse now ... and thus if he decides to search his corpse it wont be easy to find. After all we talk about Madara.

EDIT: his soul is sealed that means he cannot be brough back

His soul is leaving and he died decades ago, Tobi won't and can't bring him back.

not necesarily true. they planned to revive him with rinne tensei by using Nagato. He even knew Nagato by name. For both of those to be true he must have died within days of the invasion of Konoha
