Well flashbacks are good for plot development,
except when they put the same thing over and over every 5 min -.-
If there are no fillers, the anime would catch with the manga, and guess what, no naruto episodes or worst, filler between an arc
and example would be bleach

Totally agree. It drives me nuts when they have flashbacks of something they flashed back to in the last episode. Did you notice in the latest episode they had a flashback from a filler arc.

Flashbacks suck more than fillers. Seriously, half of Part 1 and a portion of Part 2 was Sasuke seeing Itachi kills his parents over and over. I hate those FB because ive seen them so much.
But I get why they exist.
But I get why they exist.
However, there have been a few fillers where I that make me think they are fully applicable to the story. The ones that pop into my mind are the History of the leaf fillers after the pain arc, and the three tailed beast filler arc after the Ino-shika-cho vs Hidan/Kakuzu.
We need to go deeper. :|
From Last episode, to the episode before, to the first episode, to when Kakashi was young, to when Minato was young, and so until finding So6P...

Flashbacks are key to a good plot development, and make a more touching storying. bringing back old memories is always touching in anime, and everyday life.

too much lsd.... damn hippies just kidding they serve a perpouse for charater development but its still annoying as heck.... especially when they flashback instead of just progressing the plot.
