Untrue, Neji's death affected a lot of people, but like so many other great ones dying (Jiraiya, Itachi...) people get over it.

Kakashi is like a father for Naruto . He already lost Jiraya , Kishi will never kill Kakashi to, believe it he is not going to die . Madara could already kill him in this chapter it would be the best moment for it (but he didnt )
