VOTE 2 was a draw and favored Naruto because Sasuke wasn't adjusted to his eyes. He had EMS for about a day. He had Rinnegan for a few hours. While Naruto has Kurama for 17 years. It's pretty amazing that Sasuke had Hagoromo's skill.

Didn't use Izanagi, both parties having intel on each other's moves favored Naruto (I can't see how Naruto wouldn't die from rinneiblitz without intel on the move to counter it), Sasuke had to solo the 9 bijuu and Sakura before fighting Naruto, hour old rinnegan, 1 day old ems, couldn't use 2 rinnegan techs at one time (because he had yet to "master" the rinnegan) despite being able to solo bijuus with one glance.
