The reason the Edo Kages were'nt effected by Infinite Tsukiyomi.

This chapter showed something very interesting,everyone was immediately put into IT except for the Edo Hokage.This could be because since they are already dead the genjutsu won't work on them,Infinite Tsukiyomi possibly needs the person to be alive in order for the illusion to take effect.

Why is why the Edo Hokage are able to keep control and why Sasuke had to shield Naruto,Kakashi,and Sakura inside his Susanoo,he even said they would be put in IT otherwise.

explanation to why Itachi eyesight didn't decrease while using susanoo and tsukuyomi, the only blood was from the fresh corpse. itachi possessed

There dead they need to be alive for that type of genjutsu to work. Because Itachi as an Edo was affected by genjutsu as well.

I think it would be irrelevant. Since, Orochimaru is under the effects of Infinite Tsukuyomi, Madara can force Orochimaru to cancel Edo Tensei on the Hokage.
