Hinata and Neji are not are Hiashi's level. Hinata tanked two strikes in a vital spot, if your words were true she would be dead...

random cloud ninja? the guy was the head cloud ninja(Jounin Commander) a rank between jounin and Kage, and again neji was trying to stop her not kill her he hit several vital chakra points not her organs hiashi hit the ninja directly in the heart. and again in sasuke retrieval arc neji killed kidomaru by streaming his chakra on the web coming from inside kidomaru and ruptured all of his organs killing him without a physical hit.

I don't think Neji was holding himself back, if he decreased the level of his gentle fist was never stated in the manga, that is your opinion based on nothing. Of course he could have killed her if he would have wanted to, but not in one strike...

Regarding to Kidomaru, you REALLY need to reread the manga!! Like urgently!!

I'm just saying Hinata's got a better chance of stunning/killing Sakura with an air plam, than she does of punching Hinata. Not to mention Sakura can't sneak up on Hinata, who has a very far seeing byakugan.

In first place, Air Palm doesn't kill in the first shot, a clone of Kisame built with 30% of his chakra didn't die, a human won't either.... If Sakura recives a Air Palm directly by Hinata's, she would be paralyzed, at most, but there is no hint to think so, since Sakura is faster and smarter than the Hyuuga, she could evade it...
Sneak up? Why Sakura would sneak up? Hinata would be the one trying to run from Sakura's stregth.
Hinata doesn't have a one-hit-Ko, and Sakura has, not to mention the Heroine surpass Hinata is almost every base skill, and this stats were even before Byakugou .

Actually, Kidomaru said some of his organs were damaged but he still could move... Wasn't lethal...
