[Discussion] The reason of Sasuke having only 1 Rinnegan

Naruto and Sasuke are still not at the peak of their powers. There's still a power-up remaining for both of them.

As we know, Naruto only has partial chakra of all 9 tailed-beasts which means that his bijuu-power is incomplete.
Also, Sasuke only has one rinnegan, which also makes his powers incomplete.

becoming complete will be their final upgrade in power, in other words, naruto will get the full chakra of all tailed beats while sasuke will awake his 2nd rinnegan.

I honestly think both Naruto and Sasuke could stop getting powerups at this point and it would be fine.

It appears till now that only the powers of Sun and Crescent moon (Sun : Infinite Sennin Mode plus Life force, Moon: Rinnegan) were given to them by so6p.
Rinnegan is OP compared to Sennin mode of Naruto as appears till now. Besides, getting other tailed beasts inside him will be extra to Naruto. And Maybe, Note: "maybe" Sasuke will get powerup of his own which is a bit difficult.
