The Reason Obito did everything he did

First of all hello everyone I wanted to make a new thread about Obito Uchiha which I consider lately my favourite character on par with Naruto the Reason Obito did everything is not because he wanted to see Rin again If he wanted to do that he could have made Nagato use Rinne Tensei revive her and live happily ever after.

The basic reason Obito did all this is because of his promise. He promised Rin that he will become hokage and bring peace to the ninja world

Here he sais it roughly that he will become hokage and that he want's Rin by his side till that.He even hoping she would fall in love with Him later on

But here The promise is stated clearly

Rin wanted peace to the ninja world and Obito wanted it too thats why Obito took the Promise He made to Rin dead serious and wanted to do everything he thought possible to keep the promise.

Kishi here was really genius he made the 2 most similar characters in the manga the biggest enemies and He made Obito rethink his actions and think of another way that his dream can be true everyone keeps saying "stupid kishi why TNJ again bla bla bla" but the way he is ending the conflict is one of the best ways keep saying whatever you want.

I think that Obito is one of the most developed characters in all the manga along side with Naruto We are made clear of his dream and that his goals are similar to Naruto's but he chose the shortest way.

And the reason he did that is because he doubted that he will be able to bring peace and not be able to keep his promise with Rin.

Rin the love of his live was the person who has made Obito this determined. Obito is one of the Best characters ever created keep saying whatever you want about he is doing everything for Rin.
He is just keeping his promise.

Hmm... You're half right , but I doubt it . If he is really doing this for the promise , then why didn't he tell it Kakashi , his best friend ? I think Obito wants peace on this world , but he is doing this on a wrong way , because Madara taught him so . He said it himself .

"This windhole wasn't your doing" - it means that you who was the one who killed Rin wasn't the cause of this windhole . " It was made by this evil , cruel world..." . This makes me belive that Rin was just a trigger and Obito "uses" her memories to stregnthen his will . Of course , Rin is also an important person to Obito , since she was the one who cared about him , he was an orphan too , Kakashi being a douche and Minato busy making Naruto Lol . I don't blame Obito though . He is the best character on this manga .

Seriously I really don't want to see him get TNJ. After all, if we say that this is a clash of wills, then shouldn't be one to determine whose will is stronger? After all, Obito hadn't even the chance to go all out. In his whole fight, he seemed rather indifferent adn apathetic. I still wait for him to fight with soul.

You are right I hope he doesn't get talk no jutsu'ed but from what we know when a character widens his eyes he is giving in just like Nagato. I hope for more fight though and clach of wills too

Lol what I know is that Kishi is a huge troll and the last time he depicted Obito at his deathbed having Rin in his mind, he ended up becoming the Juubi jin so unless next chapter comes out, nothing is certain.
