The reason Naruto Bijuu mode looks different

Wow I guess no one remember when Minato clearly states that he sealed away the the 9tails dark chakara so that Naruto could posses and control it the 9tails light chakara. Think about it for a second, why do you think Naruto's cloak is so full of life? Remember when Naruto was around the Zetsu and the trees started to grow from them, the same as Yamato's mokuton as well. The reason why Naruto's KM/BM looks so different is because of Minato sealing away the dark chakara of the 9tails which only left the yang chakara. Which yang chakara is full of life force and pure energy.

Well I would agree with almost all of it, except that Minato didn't seal the Yin chakra because it's " dark ". He sealed the yin because he can't seal all of Kurama inside Naruto, that he needed half of it at least to seal it inside him. Cool post though, since it makes more sense than the usual.

First of all Naruto is not a senju he is a uzimaki which is a clan from the hidden eddie. The ninjas from the hidden eddies would to us be like cousins of the senju but there is some truth to what your saying, senju and uzimaki are relatives so naruto is a decendent. And the uchiha can control the fox deamon by manipulating the soul/will with their eyes, and all kyuubis are using there chakra and a seal to control the tailed beasts. The reason i believe the transformation is different is cause naruto's dad minito studied the the sealing jutsu which is based on the sealing jutsus of the sage of six paths. Minito probably found the sealing jutsu while studing with naruto's grandma in the hidden eddie. so that is why when naruto fights the nine tails for chakra he twists his stomach, then pillars drop and nine tails says is this the jutsu of the sage of six paths. If you look around Narutos neck in any transformation pic he has the same necklace as sage of six paths. Tell me what you think write back if you like!

If you think about, who says you need to have the rinnigon to be so6p what if all you need todo is just control all 9 tailed beasts. just cause the last so6ps had rinnagon doesnt mean that another ninja couldnt do it!

Well the seal and being Uzumaki are the main points. When Kurama is controlled with sharingan, his eyes turn sharingan like for a moment. When an uzumaki (senju) controlls the kyuubi (with will) he gets the 6 tomoe on his chest like the so6p since uzumaki's are distant relatives of the senju's. After Naruto had sealed the kyuubi with troii seal, kyuubi mistook him for so6p meaning there must be resemblance or relation.

If you know a lot about minato, you would know for a fact that he already planned everything out for Naruto with Kyuubi, and knew almost everything which was to come. The seal on Naruto may be why he looks like that, because it's not a matter of not having half of his yin/yang.

Minato sealed yang inside Naruto and sealed the yin behind the Shiki Fuujin seal. Many people misunderstand how the shiki fuujin works, you can seal it inside death gods belly or behind the shiki fuujin seal, and 8 trigrams was used to seal yang somewhere inside Naruto's body. So in conclusion, Minato sealed the Kyuubi's yin and it is locked away within the Shiki Fuujin seal itself. After that he continued to seal the Kyuubi's yang chakra into Naruto's own body with 8 trigrams seal. So minato had all this planned and intended for Naruto to eventually use Kurama's yin/yang chakra with his own.

also to sageofsixpaths1105, i do agree the seal is def a reason why it looks different, but not the reason to resemble so6p, which for me i think is the senju aspect

naruto is not senju, he is uzumaki, which is senju blood, uzumaki are closer to so6p than senjus, and since all of Kuramas Jinchuuriki were uzumaki, they could control it with their body

I was thinking that because uzumaki was decendant from sage, and Kurama's formal jinchuuriki are all uzumaki, the reason why Naruto and kurama's transformation is such a special case is because it is the "senju" way of controlling Kurama, rather than the "uchiha" way by using their eyes.

so in a way Naruto controls kyuubi with their will
i think if hashirama took control over kyuubi it woulda looked like that, but he always let kyuubi roam free haha

I don't know why it looks different but I do know that only Uzamaki's are able to house Kurama. Why? IDK but that is the way it is and could mean something more than Naruto being the main character. So we will see in the future..

The reason is simply because naruto is the next SO6P. You can also say that its because Naruto is the main character, but obviously since Kishi intends to make naruto the next SO6P, he made his biju mode different.

Well... I'd have assumed he looks different because

a) He is descendant of SO6P as an Uzumaki (Senju lineage).
b) He is a sage already (his Sage Mode) combined with his levels of Chakra. All rolled up into one with Kurama who also has the most Chakra and is more powerful than the other tailed beasts.

And...

c) Kishi giving an obvious nod in the direction of Naruto becoming SO6P himself.

And here I was saying because of Uzumaki heritage he looks like so6p Bijuu mode
