I think (as do many others) obito isn't going blind because of the senju cells and the same applies to indra.

You don't need EMS for Susano'o, Madara is proof of that. As for Indra, you may have a point. Being a direct descendant of the Sage could be the reason he has a Susano'o to the scale he did without losing light from his eye but I thought it would be because the Elder represents the Yin chakra of the Sage (something along those lines) and Susano'o itself is a manifestation of Yin chakra. Since the elder is a direct descendant of this Yin aspect, naturally he'd be able to perform Susano'o to such magnitude.

Indra is the Uchiha, He is the Sharingan. He is the original. He has a Sharingan that is unrivaled. He may not have the body of the Sage, but I'm sure his Sharingan has zero draw backs. It is also easy to assume that Indra most likely had a Sharingan that was much different than what we know. He was the original Sharingan after all.

That was actually his MS. Because the swirl in his eyes are not parallel and do not cover the entire eyeball.

Indra probably aquired perfect susanoo due to him being direct linage ...his powers are abnormally stronger then that of a normal uchiha eg Madara
