The reason goku is fighting in ep 72 preview is because he is revived.the blast he shot in the sky after hit pierced his heart came back down and somewhat you could say jumpstarted him.

5 times isn't countless and only 2 of those happened in the oringal manga gts isn't canon and the heart virus and zamasu killing him happened in different timelines if he's truely dead here that makes it 6
