He didn't put information regarding Kaguya or the Genjutsu either. That was done by Black Zetsu. The purpose the Uchiha Tablet as stated by Hagoromo was as a "Guide to reform ones thinking" away from obtaining power for oneself. It wasn't as a way to explain power or Kaguya, but to explain the philosophies about Ninshu.
