Ok, come people whose knowledge about Tobi isnt far from convinced yet. I hope with my answer satisfies whoever that doesnt believe Tobi is Obito. Based on the plot, lots reckons Tobi is Obito simply because :-
1) Tobi is Obito coz he cud slipped thru dimensions.
2) Tobi once encounter Team Konoha and identified Kakashi, which public knows Obito knows kakashi too well.
The answer to it is simple. Actually it was actually White Zetsu. Capable of molding any chakra/personalities/abilities from whatever he touches. So thats y he sounds so goofy unlike Obito where Obito sounds more like a strangled duck (from a point of anime view). Ok, thats it. Mystery solved.
