Who said Minato cannot be put under Genjutsu? A *Jinchuriki* can escape genjutsu because he has a living thing (bijuu) inside him which can push chakra into him and release the jutsu

Minato simply has half of kyuubi's *chakra*. The living part of kyuubi is still with Naruto. Minato has no inside-man to wake him up during genjutsu
