I am created this thread for “good read” purposes if you are bored and like team guy, lee or neji and feel kishi hasn’t shed enough light on them during part 2. Then this thread is for you and will explain to why kishi had to leave them out for part 2.
Team guy, Lee, Neji fanboy? Feel trolled that you haven’t seen one of your favourite characters basically at all during the whole of part 2? Well don’t be. The reason you haven’t seem them is because they are too strong.
You may have been wondering why Team Guy has barely had any screen time throughout the whole of part 2. You may feel like Kishi has been trolling certain characters such as Lee and Neji as in part 1 these guys seem to be elite but in part 2 whenever something serious happens Team Guy is on “missions”.
You may think Kishi is trolling but in all honesty he can’t involve Team Guy because.. They are too strong.
When you have Guy who can open all the way up to 7 gates and even 8 gates if it was a dead serious situation, lee how can open 5 gates in serious situations and Neji...
..Sorry I got carried away there, anyway.. :ghehe: and tenten who can provide support at long range with a range of weapons.
Basically the reason why Team Guy cannot be involved in events that happen is because if they were there, there is no way the good guys would lose. Well actually they won without Team Guy there but they would win the battle much more easily than they did and this would make the akatsuki look less impressive. So this is why everytime something serious happens Team Guy is on “Missions” preventing them from being there.
Kishi has not forgotten about Team Guy he just knows that putting them there would make things to easy for the good guys. Which makes sense because why would kishi make a fight 12+ good guys vs 2 or so bad guys, obviously the good guys would win there would be no tension. Which is why kishi creates battle scenarios which make it hard for the good guys for whatever reason.
I have come to realise this because of this battle between kisame SC (super clone) vs team guy
As you can see if Team guy was involved in the incidents in part 2 the win would be too easy for the good guys so the best option for kishi was to make the excuse Team guy were on “missions” so they were unable to be there. Don’t feel trolled Team Guy, Lee and Neji fans you characters and team is to strong and with them there it would be boring to watch because the good guys would overwhelm the bad and would win much more easily then they have done already, making it boring in a way.
I will now back up Kishi for why Team Guy is always on missions, it’s simple They are the strongest team in konoha before Naruto obtained sage mode.
The only reason the hokage gave team kakashi the missions rescue gaara (which they sent team guy as soon as they came back from their mission) and retrieve sasuke is because team kakashi has a strong bond to those missions which means they will try extra hard, plus naruto is the main character so we have to follow his missions.
Team Guy most likely do the hardest ordinary missions that konoha has to do because they are the strongest team. Team kakashi lost sasuke and their team is incomplete. Team guy was stronger then team kakashi until naruto learned sage mode.
So these are the reasons why team guy has been absent from the series, they are too strong and if they were present the wins would look to easy for the good guys and also due to team kakashi losing sasuke and before naruto learned sage mode team guy was the strongest team in konoha which is why they were always sent on missions.
Fun fact: Kishi was not going to kill of guy which is the only reason why team asuma was included in part 2. You should feel happy kishi didn’t do this to team guy. Also lee would of f*cked shit up.

Whenever Kishi describes neji even in part 2 (which can be seen on the left hand side) he uses the words overwhelming talent and unequalled (not matched, it his own league) shinobi.

destined to be the strongest in the hyuga clan (Strongest clan in Konoha right now), who welds a lengendary doujutsu the byakugan, has an ultimate defence, deadliest taijutsu in konoha damaging internal organs and also blocking chakra path ways in every blow, 360 vision, anything entering his area witin 50 meters can be detected, can see chakra path ways in the enemy meaning when they are about to perform a jutsu can tell before they do it which gives more time to counter.. the list goes on don’t believe me?..
air palms mid – long range attack which can defeat a fodder in one blow when mastered, eight trigrams 64 palm which blocks 64 chakra points in the body and once this happens it completely stops the flow of chakra in the body for a period of time....

Kisame SC (Super clone) was simply out classed in this battle re watch episode 14 or re read if you want I will show some of the event’s:
Kisame going to attack guy, lee coming out of nowhere and disarming kisame with his sword:
As soon as kisame lands neji comes out of nowhere and hits kisame with an arm palm from a distance:
Grab’s his sword before he can even couter attack tenten hits him with an explosive:
Tenten surprised his not dead, but end results Kisame SC outclass and is no match for this team as you can see with his head popping out of the water.
Battle continues, Gai disarm kisame:
