Though, I have read many of the theories saying that only a clone entered the new dimension. But I think that might not be the case. BZ says that no clone should be able to enter the dimension. So let's say that is how it is.
Consider this : The real naruto enters alongwith Obito and Sakura. When the attack lands on Naruto's stomach, Obito uses his Kamui to send that part of Naruto's stomach to his dimension. And naruto fakes his death. Hence, the clones didn't disappear.

My theory about that is that Obito, Sakura and Naruto clone went to the other dimension, but obito decided to drop of naruto clone in her dimension as a distraction while the other 2 " vanished " in to Obitos dimension.
