Panda rushes it's scans, not even cleared or cleaned and translated properly. *********** does a more professional job at a better quality. The only difference is that kids understand the swag panda translations while the normal individuals understand the normal Stream translations.

OH BTW *********** was HEAVILY relied on on Narutobase, before they started to obey the regulations of Viz and their scan rules. Viz is #1 as it is direct, THEN ***********.
