Us. I always imagined the final jutsu being rasenshiruken vs Kirin or something. Yamato even hyped it when naruto was learning wind style that wind would defeat chidori. I guess he didn't remember... Or was out of time or chakra.... Or he did t wanna kill sasuke... Anyways it was still the best chapter in a long time. It is about damn time that a main character got an injury that won't heal just like that..
