Perhaps we might even see Hagaromo enter Naruto's subconcious in the afterlife.

Being that they lost their hope, Naruto, they would be enraged and be willing to die to face Madara. Perhaps, in the face of complete extinction, their perseverance of be so moving to Madara that he relents in killing everyone. I don't know.

Even the kages stated they don't have too much chakra left because they're using their best techniques whatsoever they're dead if naruto/sasuke doesn't get a power up asap to save their a$$es again. That's what i have to say about this chapter U_U.
