Obito was not under a genjsutu nor was he brainwashed this whole flash back sequence is supose to show the traajedies that fell before him that led him to the decisions he made to ultimately walk the path of the dark side so to speak being controlled completley down plays any choice he had and makes these flash backs of his downfall redundant and irrelevant if madara just decided to brain wash him in the first place.People jus thave to coe to terms with the decisions obito made he is the path that naruto could of taken they started off the same but took differernt paths to essentially achieve the same thing.I am not sure on who or what killed rin.There is evidence on both sides as to what could of happened i will list the things that could lean in towards anyones favor.
Kakashi has no idea that obito was alive up until now so that leads me to believe that have not seen eachother until naruto destroyed his mask.Yes obito is near kakashi now but there is no reason to believe he saw him yet they have always showed both eyes next to each other its called symbolism kishi does it all the time.And i am pretty sure kakashi would remember such an event.I would also think kakashi would remember an event where a random ninja saves him so i am certain kakashi would either panic from what he done (if he did to it) and pass out or someone else will cause him to pass out so swirly zetsu can take care of buisness and kill the mist jonin and anbu.I say swirly zetsu because swirly zetsu offered to fight in his steed since he is still weak.
Now that i presented how the battle might take place.I want to list afew things on why it could of been zetsu or kakashit to do the job.Zetsu mentioned he can communicate telapthically and then obito starts seeing visions is this the near instant communication at work ?Its highly possible or better yet what else could randomyl have him get telpathic visions ? Something that points to kakashi is the tears forming at the base of his eye.it was not raning it was explosions of water and the trickles of water and tear build up are noticebly differernt. So who is it ? does anyone else have anything to add that is backed up by statements in the manga that could add to the list ?
