No. Orochimaru wanted to be hokage, but hiruzen chose jiraiya, who then ditched the post and reccomended minato

It's so annoying after every manga chapter you have thousands of threads filled with bullsheet from kids who make up stuff, and stuff that don't make sense.

OT: Manga stated 4th Hokage is Minato . I think thats fair enough .
Not every one can be hokage , Oro was one candidate . Thats all

Minito has the respect for Oro im pretty sure he would have respect for anyone that reversed the RDS but come on Minato had the will of fire making him the right choice to be hokage. I also respect Oro not riding the minato band wagon but he failed to see what true power was and thats what makes him not right for the position
