Constraints:
-You can only use it on one character.
-You can only use it on that character during one specific event which occurs during the timeline of the manga (from Naruto's time at ninja school to the conclusion of Chapter 699). So you can't use it on Obito or Kakashi during the event of Rin's death, for example, but you can use it on Kakashi during his test fight against Team 7 in Part 1, or on Tobi during his fight against Konan.
-You can't use it on a character who's lifespan ended before the chronological beginning of the Part I timeline (so no Madara, no Minato, etc.)
-If the character died during the events of the manga, you can still cast Izanami on them prior to their death. However, you can't use Izanami to teach them a way to avoid their own death within the event that kills them. The most you can do is teach them a lesson before their death.
-You can't use Izanami on an Edo, but you can use it on that character when they were alive, so long as they were alive during the events of the manga.
So, the objective:
Select a character who fits within these constraints on whom you'd like to cast Izanami. Pick the event that you're going loop, and state what lesson you wish them to learn from it and why. I think this'd be a fun way to pick out points where character development could have occurred.
I'll start:
I'd use it on Hinata during her fight with Pain so that she becomes more significantly aware of the gap in her abilities that prevents her from really keeping up with the others, and she becomes more aware of how real death is. The goal is to teach her to be more confident and to make her more invested in becoming a top-class Shinobi, and also to be more willing to express herself to Naruto. I would have liked to have seen Hinata get a true level-up the way Sakura did between Parts 1 and 2. Hinata did learn the Twin Lion Fists, but to see her do something like really reconfigure or improve the Gentle Step for her own purposes would have been interesting.
