I used Garp as an example since he's the perfect example just because you view him as stronger than an Admiral changes nothing his title in the One Piece world is that of a Vice Admiral even if he could boss the admirals.
I see you couldn't refute my Mihawk argument even though I also believe Shanks is stronger the point was just because Mihawk has the title of WSS doesn't mean he can beat anyone who uses a sword as one of their attack abilities.
In organisations a title is just a title take Spandman for example he was above Lucci in authority however in strength it was quite the opposite. In Blackbeards crew Burgess has the title of the first division leader however both Shiliew and Aokiji are most likely going to be stronger than him. It's exactly the same with Wanted posters in One Piece you can't gauge how strong someone is truly by the amount they have on their head.
I'm not being egotistical at all I'm not saying you have to agree with what I'm stating at all, also Vergo underestimated Law thinking he wouldn't have been able to cut through his Haki, Vergo was taken out early on so it would be easier to take out the Doflamingo pirates.
Point was Vergo was breaking Sanji's legs without Haki, Sanji was fighting Doflamingo and was actually surprising Doflamingo with his strength to the point Doflamingo actually acknowledged Sanji as being a strong one.
Not really just because Vergo was the strongest after Doflamingo and was taken out first doesn't mean anything at the there's more than the DD crew Luffy and the others have to worry about this arc. Admirals etc...Doflamingo himself, the strawhat crew is separated now meaning the only big players left are Luffy and Zoro and they'll have their hands full with Doflamingo and Fujitora and as we've seen the rest of the crew on Dressrosa are about or having their respective battle with DD's crew.
I don't get what you have against Vergo he was a beast his CoA was on a completely different level to anyone so far and he was given the title of Vice Admiral through strength alone he was one promotion away from an Admiral position. Think about it under Luffy Zoro is the seconds strongest in the crew and Zoro is around Vice Admiral level so it sort of makes sense in a way.
