The ramen guy gave the sage of sixth paths a special ramen that let the sage awaken the rinnegan. Why do you think naruto is the recarnation of the sage? The ramen he always eat is the key to becoming the sage.

I never did quite understand what brought about that Ramen guy nonsense.

Hes probably one of the most weakest charcters in the show but hes nice and everyone deep down would find it hillirious if he got really strong because its the ramen guy.Hes like the Chuck Norris of Naruto in reality Chuck Norris cant beat Top Martial Artists but People say he can kill people with his beard for a laugh.... not saying Chuck is weak in anyway though but you get the point
