(Raiton: Ion Denka Soujuu) Lighting Release: Ion Charge Manipulation

*Description: User Manipulates the ionic charge of their body and the area around the opponent. For Three Turns the user?s Lightning techniques have an extra kick and attack much faster. Ranged lightning attacks gain homing properties making them unavoidable. In addition the users speed is increased due to the charge and the user can also channel this charge into weapons like kunai making them seek out the opponent in the air even after being deflected, or repel weapons away from themselves.
*Can only be used 2 times in battle*
*+10 dmg to Lightning attacks*
*While charged, the user is weaker to water attacks (-10 damage)
this jutsu happening within myself you don't catch on to it. as I fall it up with
Lightning Style: Lightning Disks (Raiton: Raikou Disuku)

Descripton:The user will manipulate the lightning in is body to make himself be positively charge. Then he will create 7 rotating lightning disk charge negatively. The user will then be able to make those disk behave like electron around a proton, in other word, these disk will start rotating all around him (under also). This serve as a great to defend against close range attack and taijutsu, but can also be used to attack. The user will use his lighting chakra to repulse the disk (one or many at a time), giving it extreme velocity and aimed for the enemy.
*The user must wait two turns after all the disk are destroyed or disappeared
*This jutsu can only be used 2 time per match*
*This jutsu can only be used by Anbu Kakashi and Kirabi
creating seven disk that i automatically blast 3 at you. and they race at you extremely fast that you won't be able to avoid without the aid of sharingan...
So as you deal with those lightning disk that will follow you i take my spear and make all the disk impervious to wind-jutsu.
while I charge Raiton Chakra into my Spear I smash it into the ground causing it to produce.

The pillars then arise at you in a straight line behind you. and rise in successive waves as they close in behind you preventing escape.

Since your lightning is weak to Water it cancels out your lightning disks.As your Spikes break top layer of the battlefield i use

i ride on the head of the dragon and since it is a wind type you lightning jutsu gets cancelled out but my Dragon stays.I split into my two haves: White and Black. My white Half then uses

haha. so fail you die. one the water bulletsa are only b-rank while my lightning is S-Rank. they would cut straight through your water as lightning isnt weak to water. they just don't mix well together. but anyways
when i used the spear to prevent the elemental weakness of my jutsu.
Three times per battle the sword can negate the elemental weakness of one raiton jutsu, making it as strong as a fuuton jutsu (or any other elemental weakness).
therefore causing any weakness of that jutsu to be prevented. So that allows it to cut through the water like a hot knife through butter.
so you are sliced to pieces. and therefore have lost your zetsu bio.
because as your body lays writhing in near death pain. the Lightning Pillars exterminate your body.
