you may be right about the bold, but you forget that sasuke wants to be hokage too now. its obvious that konoha definitely prefers naruto over sasuke. this will lead to their final argument aka naruto vs sasuke

No he doesnt. He wants to make his own village and be its Kage, not Hokage.
So Rower's theory is wrong to start with because Sasuke doesnt want to be Hokage =))

wait wait wait, i didnt think about this one. but if the sage left it to indra, doesnt that still imply that indra must have had rinnegan to decipher it? basically your saying that he had rinnegan or that the sage assumed him achieving it some day

I am saying that the sage knew Indra would seek more power, and so get stronger eyes. Eventually indra, or one of his reincarnations, would acheive rinnegan.
