I don't think Iva gets enough credit. Them is very strong, hormone manipulation, battle stimulants, and hell wink. Both Iva and Boa are ranged fighters. All that being said.. Doffy still wins

Hancock is no pushover, she has all 3 types of haki and an extremely hax fruit. Ivankov is hard to scale but survived assaults by Magellan and Akainu without major drawbacks.

Doflamingo is not stomping shit.

doffy wins however its not low diff by any means ivan is a tank and boa has good firepower however i dont c how they put doffy down because neither of them have shown something remotely on the level of gear 4th or gamma knife

tho ivan might have something similar to gamma knife just with hormones if going by his devil fruit powers

I do believe that Galaxy wink may whole just as much power or force as a kong gun.. And Ivankov has already proven he is faster than Doffy. Hormones would do the same damage if not worst than gamma knife.

And you guys talk about them not having anything like Gamma Knife to put Doffy down, but how does Doffy survive his limbs being turned to stone. Hancock literally can petrify things with a simple touch.

I see the Queens taking Doffy out with High Difficulty.

I just don't know how they would stop a birdcage like attack. Doffy can basically fly, and turn the immediate area into strings.

Hancock should be able to turn the strings to stone and break it through that process.
Ivankov & Hancock should be able to take Doffy down before the cage completely closes

I think Hancock is stronger than a lot of people think, wouldn't surprise me if she ended up being just as strong as Doflamingo.

But she and Iva are lacking feats so I give this to Doflamingo.

The part about:

- Ivankov's Galaxy wink having equal power as the Kong gun
- Ivankov showing better speed feats than Doffy
- Ivankov's hormones doing the same or worst damage than the Gamma knife
- Doffy having no response to having his limbs turned to stone
