Indeed. I find it absurd that people believe copper tools could build such structures. They don't have to be super advanced but those who built them must certainly have technology beyond mere copper tools.

They were either a civilization as advanced as ours or were asisted by extraterrestrials, or they were of extraterrestrial origin all together.

I think they were just humans who were very developed.

The development of humans isn't a linear forward moving arrow, at times human beings become extremely knowledgeable only for them to return to ignorance. This has happened several times in the past. For this reason I can accept if someone says they have technology comparable or even beyond what we have at the moment.

As for the possibility of extraterrestrials, I am open to that as well.

Haa..The pyramids. Many stories surround these magnificent pieces of ancient architecture.
Not only are most of them supposedly said to have coincidences with some of our major mathematical figures today (like Pi, Speed of light, dimension of the planet, axial changes) and relationships with many astronomical references, but it's also being discovered that some of them also are setup in something that seems like a straight line despite being continents apart. Almost as if the ancients were able to get an eye view of the planet from space.
Aliens? I don't know..but heck they are astonishing.
Sudan is said to have more pyramids than Egypt btw.
