Hengoku ( 辺獄 ) is the Japanese word for Limbo.

Which means that it's possible that the Jutsu's name is simply "Limbo".
Limbo could be best defined as: An intermediate place or state, something in between. Neither heaven nor hell.

However...

Rinbō ( 輪宝 ) translates to Wheel Treasure.

So it's also possible for the Jutsu name to translate to "Wheel Treasure Limbo" - or something along those lines.

Enough of that, here's what I think the technique does.

Personally, it appears it literally slapped every single Bijuu, and that's all. There was no sign of any gravitational manipulation [ ], we also know Naruto has encountered Deva Paths' abilities more than once, so he'd know if it was that.

Now the funny thing about this jutsu, is that it did exactly what the Bijuu did to Madara in the previous chapter. What I'm talking about in particular is attack, all nine Bijuu shattered Madara's Susano'o with their tails.

What if Madara simply returned the attack ?

I personally think this jutsu returns the damage the user has recieved over a certain period; Karma no Jutsu.

I think it's more than that. I mean Return of the Uchiha can do that damage returns already.

I personally believe it's just a long-ranged Shinra Tensei focused on a specific spot. Basically, the Rin'negan's own one-shot technique just like the Sharingan's Kamui or Amaterasu.

Oh, and I thanked only because of the first part since people don't seem to know that part.

That seems like a plausible explination. Perhaps the jutsu will be explained next week. Most likely not though. We're all going to just stay confused as hell.
