The seals are a one hit KO regardless of how strong the enemy is if they touch.
Madara was already getting thrashed around despite being a Juubi Jin even if he lacked his other Rinnegan. Even if he had less than a day of experience with that kind of power, Naruto and Sasuke did as well. Kaguya who is stronger than JJ Hagoromo who is by far stronger than JJ Madara lost to Naruto and Sasuke thanks to the seals. Do you know what I noticed during both Madara's and Kaguya's fight? They both had techniques that they already had experience with that could've been used in several instances.
Madara-Preta Path to absorb Lava RS instead of trying to run away from it. Stop relying on Limbo after noticing that Naruto and Sasuke could sense/see and make contact with them and instead use actual physical clones that can use PS. With the Juubi's chakra, the chakra that he splits amongst them should be enough to pull out PS for several.
Kaguya-She could literally use Amenominaka to teleport to another dimension with just one of them instead of dragging all of them along with her. Separate them in order to avoid the seals? Problem fixed in an instant. Obito brings the other one back? Do it again. She could've also used that full body blow thing that she used to destroy Sasuke's PS to push them away and even deal some damage. You're the Juubi, use some Juubi bombs ffs. Pull out some TSBs. DB made BZ out to be following her directions making her seem like some kind of mastermind and yet BZ seemed to be the brains between the two in that fight.
The result of a deadline. Kinshiki should've dedicated the rest of the Manga to a Sasuke(Eyes) and Naruto (body) vs Madara (eyes and body) fight so he can actual expand on it and then after being defeated, BZ comes in and does his thing bringing Kaguya out and saving a better Kaguya vs Naruto and Sasuke for a movie like it was with Toneri and Momo with Kinshiki.
