Hagoromo gave Sasuke the Rinnegan, stop making up nonsense. Sasuke didn't need the EMS to get the Rinnegan from Hagoromo.

How would Sasuke even get rinnegan or meet Hagoromo? If Obito never joined Madara the 4th shinobi war (at least the canonical version of it) never happens. Sasuke doesn't get nearly killed and doesn't get Hashirama's cells. Therefore he doesn't meet Hagoromo.

In this alternate reality, Sasuke most likely stays at 3 tomoe. No Uchiha massacre = no killing Itachi = no MS or EMS.
No Hagoromo meeting = no rinnegan.

I never said that he needed EMS to get the rinnegan. I'm just asking, what scenario would lead to Sasuke meeting Hagoromo or gaining Asura's chakara in this alternate reality? Without the war, how would it happen?

I respect your neutrality and your basing it off of things, but in the end, we still don't know exactly how much of the growth of Naruto's chakara reserves over the years was due to Kurama leakage, and how much was due to aging/training.
Also, you mentioned Naruto's inability to summon a toad, but if I am thinking of the same scene as you, then that was part 1 Naruto. Kids of that age usually don't have the chakara in the first place to summon something like Gamabunta. Even so, the same part 1 Naruto ultimately did manage to summon Gamabunta while just using normal blue chakara (as seen against Gaara).

Anyway, I already acknowledged in the OP that his reserves wouldn't be massive. I just don't think they would be so extremely fodder as you make them out to be.

As another point that I haven't touched on: Naruto and Sasuke would still be transmigrants even in the alternate reality (as long as Madara died before Naruto and Sasuke were born). I can't say for certain, but Asura's chakara might still come into play.

I suppose you haven't notice but everyone Naruto uses the kyubi chakra his reserves increase even his summoning of gamaBunta was after the first time (training with Jiraiya Sensei) he's been doing this throughout the manga.
As for Iruka level reserves or Kashi level reserves who said they're fodder?

Oh fanfiction or selective reading by fans as usual. How would kakashi magically separate the chakra of the kyubi added to Naruto's reserves for 15-16 years and at an increased speed during Jiraiya's training? He wouldn't be able to but you'll just ignore that as all fans do. Now kakashi was referring to Naruto drawing on kyubi chakra which he tried to do during the training and Yamato suppressed it. But fapboys and selective reading again. Naruto trying to draw on it happened during the pain fight as well and Yamato's seal activated but the kyubi broke free. This is why I say nice fanfic or at least learn comprehension skills.
Ps. Hogaromo confirming once chakra is added it doesn't leave

Nice fanfic though and Naruto was using senjustu of the 6 paths chakra and a vast amount of natural energy kurama had absorbed against a jutsu with an affinity weakness as well.

Naruto huge chakra doesn't come from the 9 tail. Pa frog confirmed that and stated only a tiny bit of the 9 tails chakra leaks out of the seal and combines with Naruto's chakra -

Regardless if Naruto ever had the 9 tails or not his skills/ability and potential would be the same. Naruto was able to learn sage mode and rasengan because of his skills. He was able to control and handle the 9 tail chakra because of his power body and skills.

The problem with Naruto without the 9 tails is people want to take away the pros to possessing the 9 tail, but none of the cons. Naruto was an underdog because of the situation he was in not his skills or ability.

The 9 tails cons:
- 9 tails the reason acted out in school and didn't pay attention
- 9 tails the reason he didn't have to train him in his clan jutsu
- 9 tails the reason he didn't have anybody to train him outside of school
- 9 tails the reason his chakra was much harder to control. Most of the manga Naruto had a huge handicap. Nobody else in the went through that yet, Naruto was still able to learn jutsu like the rasengan and sage mode.

Nice fanfic. Hogaromo confirms once chakra is given it's added so everything Naruto used 9 tails chakra it was added to his reserves. Naruto used 9 tails chakra to summon Junta after that fight with Gaara he summoned Bunta without Kurama chakra. This is called increased capacity. This defeats your fanfic
