The problem is when their is fights i don't understand anything since the page is unclear that's why im itching for madara to appear in anime

The problem with the manga is that it takes the whole chapter to show just one fight, FUDGE, it should be like each chapter show orochimaru and madara parts

You may want to try the scans of ***********, they clean it better than other scanlator groups as well....

the only real problem with the manga is that youre reading it. take time to fully analyze each panel and its surroundings. also make sure you read multiple translations as some translations will have more background SFX and others leave them in their untranslated form. above all, open your imagination

You have to take a good look at each panel, take your time and don't just only read the text.

Of course it'll always be clearer in the anime, but these are some tips that might help you.
