When I first watched the series on Netflix, it definitely caught my eye and I became a fan.
but then I caught up with the Manga and realized they started to make Meliodas too strong.
he's far above everybody and is basically the strongest besides demon king and the only thing that could keep him in check realistically is Escanor which was cool but Meliodas is just constantly becoming stronger and is able to defeat everybody so fights involving him aren't fun to watch anymore cause he always wins easy/mid difficulty.
the other sins actually have some type of development in their character personality/strengthwise so it seems less of an asspulll but Meliodas just seems lame to me.
maybe it's the fact that Meliodas doesn't train and just "unlocks" his hidden powers "stored within him" as the story progresses but that's my only turn off in the series.
and we're not going to speak about how Merlin is a walking asspull.
