Water is the most abundant liquid on our planet, it is needed by all living things. It is made of two hydrogen atoms bonded to a oxygen atom in a hydrogen bond. In the narutoverse, water is one of the five chakra natures.

What water does for the ninja world
It's one of the five chakra natures used by ninja in jutsu. It can also be summoned in scrolls, and you can use it to conduct electricity to shock an opponent. Some ninja can walk on water.

-I focus on the lake again, and I draw in water from the lake into my hands. I then concentrate my chakra and manipulate the water into the shape of a sword. When it's in the sword's shape, I use my chakra to condense it making it stronger. I then swing the sword around a few times.-

Now, i need you to go back and stand on top of my lake. Then, focus you chakra to your feet, and cause vapour to slowly come up, creating a mist.
-I walk towards the lake, and channel chakra into my feet so that I can stand, and a vapor begins to form. As the vapor forms, it moves all around you inhibiting your vision so that you cannot see anything beyond the chakra enhanced mist.-

Now, I want you to recreate the mist, but with a different method this time. This way is much easier, and does not require a water source. So, focus your water chakra to your throat, and slowly breathe it out, while manipulating it so that it still comes out as a mist.

-I concentrate water chakra all over my body, but focus it into my throat. I then focus on seperating the water molecules so that the water becomes a gas. Once it becomes a gas, I breathe it all out so that you can't see due to the chakra enhanced mist.
