May I point out from a plot perspective they are obviously going to have some impact. If they weren't going to they would have been killed off. It's pretty simple logic actually

Let's see she re-motivated Naruto and healed the army. You're right she was completely useless. And unlike the gokage she wasn't on the brink of death. So my point reains very valid. I suggest you learn how to actually understand a manga aside from your bias of characters. Sakura has a particular role in the plot even if she's not the strongest shinobi ever or the most likeable. Disliking a character doesn't mean you have to deny their usefulness to the plot.

True they couldn't beat madara. But naruto giving them chakra cloaks will definitely help. I mean look how much the cloak upgrwded hinatas air palm thrust. It will surely give the gokages a big boost. Oonki can spam more jinton. Gaara sand tech could be steonger and on a bigger scale. Tsunade can use her invisible tech and heal people without runnjng out of chakra quickly. Raikage with lightning armor and chakra cloak seems like a good combo.
