Instead of being a mean jerk, you can atleast point out what you want him/her to improve with. (Reports you)

OnT, it lacks depth, colour combinations are put at extreme. Blendning's just not there. Needs a lightsource and a background.

Try Deviantart.com for photoshop/gimp tutorials on blending and lightning. Goodluck!

I could lie toe you and say it looks nice and good job, but then you wouldn't get better.

The background is boring, the red glow around the orb is extremely unnecessary (Actually the entire orb is unnecessary due to it being the signature of the renderer), the brushes you used look too plain, and you could have resized it all and played around with the entire piece.

IMO, it looks terrible. Watch some tutorials and you'll get better in no time.
Sorry if I came off harsh. Trust me, you need it. If people say well done then you'll stay where you are, if someone says it looks shit then you'll attempt to create better work.
GFXing is all trial and error.
