It's been over twelve years from the first issue to now. It is very hard to maintain a mystery. However, kishi has achieved hiding mysteries into mysteries and we started in the very inside of all. Always, the current unknown things seem to me as the final thing but there is no final. The most important one is, for me, kishi can still continue on mystery about very basic things which from the start they have been being wondered such as where the hell did all the senju go, what is sharingan-rinnegan-byakugan, who-how awakened, what is the source of hashi's power, what about the statues at the final valley and so on...That is what attracts me to Naruto. Kishi is very well gifted.

What do you think about manga and Kishi?

The senju were a jack of all trades and were said to be have spread out into other families.Them thinning out was never a mystery.
The baykugan was never stated to actually come from the sage kakashi said "Some people say" This means it is not verified and it is never brought up nor hinted at every again.Regardless of whether kishi does decide to make the connection is yet to be seen but as for now nothing connects them to the sage.Hashi is the descendant of the sage and was blessed with his psychical energy which is affiliated with yang which is life force and yang chakra is what fuels mokuton. The valley of the end was made from the destruction between hashirama and madara during their final fight.

For all of you wondering most of your "mysteries" was stuff that was revealed straight out in the manga.
