The Power in a Name?

Now that the Juubi is back I assume Madara and Obito had some sort of plan to control. Whether it is with the Rinnegan, Sharingan or Wood style. I think they feel wood style will be enough to tame the Juubi and why not? It tamed all the other beasts why wouldnt it tame them now that they are together, but I think they are about to get shell-schocked.

So how do you tame the beast? The sage knew of his return and put a contingency plan...thats right, the names.

Naruto is the only one with the key to taming the Juubi, knowing the names of those that form it.

Thoughts and speculations?

I think you underestimate the Juubi. There hasnt been a power even close to this presented in the manga so far. Obito and Madara probably feel the same as you...but the Juubi wont go quietly. There is a reason he is known as the Progenitor.

Yep, I dont think Madara can either. Madara has been put on this pedestal as being he strongest shinobi with no weaknesses. So we as readers see Madara as the ceiling. I think Kishi did this on purpose, for when Madara is not able to control the Juubi as he thought, we will finally all realize just what kind of power the Juubi and by correlation the SO6P really possessed. They all dream of attaining the Sages power, but all so grossly underestimate its might.

I agree. They go on and say things about how the Jubi is much more than the tailed beasts and yet they think they csn control that same beast with tube methodes that csn contain one tailed beast not to mention how Mokuton seems to be having trouble with the 8 & 9 tails XD! You'd think they would have a better plan. Also, if the body was sealed in the moon how come it appeared on the earth, and why do they say the gedo statue is the body of something that should be in the moon -.-

They'll will lend Naruto their power to fight Sasuke before that happens.. He will become the juubi's jinchuriki for some time to tame and split the chakra.
