Hashirama's healing is instant and can be done at any time, wheras Tsunade must activate the Yin Seal, followed by further activation of the SoaH which takes time.

Even Tsunade herself admitted her healing abilities seemed trivial in comparison.

I believe that was a ruse you can't let your enemy know everything about you, especially since she intended to do sneak attack on him which she pointed out after he stabbed her and she played dead. Her is healing, as far as we've seen so far hers is faster.

Hashi has to enter SM to use it until further notice thats what it is. That takes time too.

It's weird cuz hes basically the same as any other hyuga. He's an older neji tbh.

Tsunade doesn't even need to get close to someone who is grounded anyways. People forget her she can cover more than short range.
