To put it simply, we've seen how Madara was able to use new (elemental) kekkei genkai right after he obtained the six paths senjutsu as Juubi's Jinchuriki.

He used "Sage Art: Storm Release Light Fang" which combines Storm release (water and lightning) with his six paths power. So, one of the abilities this power gives its user(s) is to possess pretty much all elemental bloodlines. I bet Naruto will be able to obtain Mokuton through this power, especially if one takes into consideration his unrivaled Yang chakra/power.

TSB is possibly the main ninjutsu that SPS users have access to, and it is the combination of all the five nature transformations with yin and yang release. As we have seen with Madara, SPS allows one to use other Kekkei Genkai with no direct contact with TSB.

They don't consciously create the TSB, they're more like a part of the cloak which is why I always argue if Naruto doesn't have them when he's using a cloak then he's not using SPS. Kishi made them a sign of being completely one with nature, having power over all the elements on the planet.

True it has great potential on pair with Rinnegan or maybe better.

RSM grants all chakra natures plus yin and yang. Rinnegan does as well. So if you use both it's not really just a six paths sage mode power. And nah Naruto can't use other KKG's other than the one's the bijuu's give him.
