For Kakashi's aim and split/Obito's suck it up
1) Block the users line of sight; like most Sharingan techs, if it can't see you, it can't hit you.
2) Speed; If you're fast enough, they won't be able to trace your movements.
3) Another S/T tech, like FTG.

For intangibility
1) Attack the other senses, sight and sound.
2) Prepare a Kakashi and have him at hand.
3) Bring a blow-up Rin doll.

For Kakashi I agree with everying expect the speed, Kakashi's kamui is almost instant and can just aim at the place your probaly gonna be next and quickly cut it then, and for obitos if he touches you it pretty much automatically sucks you in.

Also for intangibility the other sense thing doesn't work as every part of tobi is transported to another dimension so things in that dimension wont effect him

This, obito is in another dimension, how are sounds and senses in the real dimension gonna affect him...

Obito just falls through the floor and appears from under your feet. Kamui is unavoidable unless you have a 5-10 minute continuous attacking period, or s/t jutsus

Or you block the line of sight, or simply as suggested above, catch him off guard and stab him in the eye. xD
