Unless Naruto has the Rinnegan, Naruto will only have mastery over Wind and possibly one other element in the future.

No, the most he'll control is 2-3 chakra natures. If he gains the Rinnegan (which Im 100% sure will not happen), then sure he'd be able to. But it wont happen.
