The possibility of either Obito or Madara having a different plan?

Do you think that it is a possibility that either Obito or Madara have a different goal than that of Tsuki no Me? If this was to be the case, I would lean more towards Madara. Obito seems pretty hell bent on Tsuki no me, whilst Madara doesn't comment about it that much. So do you guys think that one of them having a different plan is a possibility?
