This is a very simple question that you may know of or experienced in your life.

People are always put into power. Whether it be an official government job or a moderator on a website, power is always taken and given. In that sense, however, people tend to abuse that power, or use their status to do ignorant or dangerous things without remorse or proper thought.

Take this into consideration. You become the head of a government job in financing, and after your experiences at a business class when you were 9, have a better understanding of money and vow to yourself never to abuse, or let anyone else abuse, your/their privileges.

Another example. You become the HR (High Rank) of your war clan on roblox. The first time you come into power, you do good for several days, then abuse the hell out of it. After you go through a time of rest, you realize how dumb it was and begin to rank up in another group. This time, you go a year without abusing, and continue to for the rest of your time on the site.

The question I present is pretty simple. What determines your responsibility? Age and timing, or experience?

Experience imo
A 42 year old could be as irresponsible as a 8 year old

Let's be realistic. That's the 1%, if that.

OT: Your thread seems incoherent. A 9-year old taking a business class? What? Your analogy doesn't seem realistic.

I'd say age forces someone to become responsible, if they aren't already. If you're 21 and irresponsible with your finances/time, you'll learn very quickly through experiences that you need to be responsible. Typically, experience and responsibility comes with age.

Benjamin Franklin was publishing popular essays for a magazine at 12 years old, kids only become stupid because we enforce our opinions on them as they grow up and treat them that way. It's very much like you said however, you'll learn very quickly at a certain age to be responsible but it's only age restricted if you want to, kids aren't inherently stupid.

A 9 year old can learn about business management. I wouldn't use it as an example if I didn't know or experience it. :|

Experience play a more part than age, one that's young in age but have more experience will be able to do better than a aged less experienced person and this won't be the only factors that will make someone abuse the power of their position, mostly their Idealism, decision making, ability to take criticism and willingness to do better for the majority etc will play a important part .
