The stars smiled upon the moon
As the piper wept his solitary tune,
upon the mountains, Across all lands
Enthralled a music soothing all working hands.
None knew where he came from
But it was this time of the night
When the piper blew his pipe.
The winds would start to blow, when the piper began his daily show
The storms would cease, replaced with a gayly breeze, when he blew his pipe with such an ease.
Aah, the sorrow that mirrored his tune
Cast one's eye upon the smiling moon
" How the celestials be so happy?"
yet, He walked along singing.
And as approached the dawn, the man would be long gone..
None knew where he came from,
But it was this time of the Night,
when the Piper blew his pipe.
His popularity spread wide
As the Night man of the countryside
yet he lived as a ghastly figure
While the curiosity around him just grew bigger
People cared not, how a damsel died
With a body of her fiance, a piper, torn aside
across the woods o'er the mountains, afar the fields they lived
And how they robbed them bodies, before being thrown in the river to drift
And it searched for justice
