Hashirama was gentle and thoughtful. He also had powerful charisma and the ability to grasp people's hearts.

Tobirama was brave and passionate. He was a bold leader who put the stability and peace of Konoha above other goals.

Hiruzen was gentle, tolerant, and loving. He was the most beloved Hokage by his people, due to both his abilities in Ninjutsu and his almost parental love for the village.

Well, we all know about Hiruzen already, but are these the personalities you guys expected from Hashirama and Tobirama?​
