I don't think you know how the process of elimination works. If so, please show your match on how you eliminated every possible character, other than Kabuto, including one we that hasn't even been introduced.

He's the only possible character with an opportunity to help out in the situation that could possibly be there, and is barefoot. Barefoot eliminates Sai who was at least nearby, as well as every other character that it could be is accounted for and out of the vicinity.

Those are all good points, but doesn't systematically eliminate all except Kabuto. That's not the process of elimination to completion, as you made broad jumps w/ no actual proof (eliminating new char, deus ex, only char w/ opportunity to help). You're using deductive reasoning and 1 of 2 manga facts you bring is what I said was the best piece of evidence.
